Swapna & Swathi
స్వప్న & స్వాతి
For years, Swapna and Swathi were the sisters the family turned to whenever there was a wedding. The sakinalu, ariselu and laddus for every function came from their kitchen, made the way their elders taught them.
Guests kept asking for more, so the sisters began making small batches to order, only when someone asked. People loved the taste. For many, it was the taste of the snacks their elders used to make.
In 2015 they started selling properly. Word spread, the orders grew, and the kitchen moved into a bigger house in Kompally that is now the shop. Today a whole team works alongside them, and the menu has grown to sweets and pickles.
Now many of our orders come from other states, from people who had never tasted sakinalu or ariselu before. A friend told them about us, and they keep coming back to try more.
Telugu families come for the taste of home. Everyone else comes to try something new.
